Welcome to relaxation
Care and support are the foundation of my practice. I listen to the voice of my clients and the voice of their bodies. I have training in a variety of bodywork techniques and prepare unique treatment plans that address each client's specific needs, provide deep relaxation and boost vitality.
Keeping skills fresh and developing new skills are important to me. I strive to expand my knowledge of massage techniques with continued education in diverse specialties. In addition to my training at the Arcata School of Massage, I have taken continuing education courses in Massage Cupping Bodywork Therapy, Myofascial Release (MFR), Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), Craniosacral work and Reiki, to name a few.

What's new?
Updated masking policy:
As of May 1, 2023, my masking policies are being updated to reflect the current guidelines for healthcare facilities in California. I will no longer require masks that be worn in my office, but encourage my clients to continue to do so. I will continue masking in my office for the foreseeable future. As always, if you feel sick or under the weather, please reschedule for a later date.
